How much does it cost?
Private Guide is $15,000 for Base Camp plus $5,000 a month. Group Guide is $5,625 plus $1,875 a month for the owner and one leader. Learn more.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Cancel anytime.
How much time does it take?
Base Camp is 2 to 3 days. After that, four full days a year for Lookouts and the Summit, plus monthly guidance and a weekly team meeting you'll run yourselves.
Who needs to attend?
Private: your full leadership team. Group: you and one key leader.
How soon will we see results?
Alignment and clarity show up after Base Camp. Accountability improves in the first quarter. Financial results typically take 12 to 24 months.
What's the difference between a coach, a consultant and a guide?
A consultant gives you answers. A coach works on you. A guide equips your whole team to build and run its own system. Learn more.
Is this EOS?
No. Pinnacle is its own system with similar goals. If you already run EOS well, keep running it. Learn more.
Do you only work with roofing companies?
No. I work with owner-led companies in many industries. My background is in roofing and home services, so I know those businesses well.
What if my team pushes back?
Expect it. Pushback in the room is better than silent resistance after. Working through it is part of the job.
What if it's not working?
Tell me. We fix it, or you cancel. No contract holds you in.
What happens on a Fit Call?
30 minutes. You tell me where the business is. I ask questions and tell you honestly whether I can help. If not, I'll point you to a better option.

What is Marketing Guide?
Marketing Guide is fractional CMO service. Jim Ahlin builds your marketing strategy with the B.E.S.T. Known Framework, co-created with Brian Niebler, to grow lead flow, raise lead quality and turn more leads into revenue.
How much does Marketing Guide cost?
$7,500 for the Launch Sprint, then $4,000 a month. Ad spend, production and software are billed separately. No long-term contract. Cancel anytime.
Does Marketing Guide include ads, websites or SEO?
No. Marketing Guide includes no marketing services. I don't run Google or Facebook ads, build websites, or do SEO or AEO. I lead the strategy and hold your team, agency or vendors accountable to the plan.
Should I start with Pinnacle Guide or Marketing Guide?
Start with Pinnacle if your leadership team is misaligned and everything runs through you. Start with Marketing Guide if the team runs well but marketing isn't producing enough of the right leads.
