How Much Does Working With a Pinnacle Business Guide Cost?

Most coaches hide their prices until you are three calls deep. Here is exactly what it costs, what drives the price, and how to tell if it is worth it. No long-term contracts. Cancel anytime.

No marketing services. I don't run Google or Facebook ads, build websites, or do SEO or AEO. Your team, agency or vendors do the execution, and their fees, ad spend and software are billed by them. No long-term contract. Cancel anytime.

What Am I Paying For?

You are not buying hours. You are buying a full operating system and a Guide to install it with your team. Every year includes:

  • Base Camp (year one): 2 to 3 days to set your vision, assess your team, and build your first 90-day plan.
  • Three Quarterly Lookouts: full-day sessions to review the quarter and lock in the next 90 days.
  • Annual Summit: 2 days to reset the vision and plan the year.
  • Monthly guidance: Altitude Checks (Private) or the open Guide call (Group).
  • 80+ Pinnacle tools and resources: scorecards, meeting agendas, planning templates and people tools.

What Drives the Price Up or Down?

  1. Number of people in the room. Private includes your whole leadership team. Group is capped at two per company.
  2. Private vs shared sessions. Private sessions are built entirely around your issues. Group sessions split time across companies.
  3. Depth of monthly support. Altitude Checks are with your team only. The open call is shared.

Is a Business Guide Worth It?

It is worth it when the gain in profit and owner time is larger than the fee. If your company does $5M in revenue and this work moves net profit up two points, that is $100,000 a year, which covers a Private year with room to spare.

It is not worth it if you won't protect the time, your leadership team isn't bought in, or you want someone to run the business for you. I'm a Guide, not a consultant. I ask hard questions and hold the team accountable. Your team does the work.

Which Option Fits My Budget?

  • Under about $3M revenue, or a leadership team of one or two: start with Group Guide.
  • A leadership team of three or more and growth has stalled: Private Guide.
  • Not sure: take the Fit Score. It recommends an option in 5 minutes.

Pricing Questions

Is there a long-term contract?

No. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel the monthly fee at any time.

Can I start with Group and move to Private?

Yes. The system is the same, so you lose nothing by starting with Group and moving to Private later.

Why not charge by the session?

Results come from the full rhythm of Base Camp, quarterly sessions and the annual summit. Paying per session invites skipping the quarter that matters most.

Do prices go up?

Yes. Rates rise as the client roster fills. The rate you start at is the rate you keep for your first year.
